This is a 4-month programme, focused on mental health, led by our Functional Medicine Psychiatrist, working with our Collaborative Care team.
At the end of this 4-month programme, we want you to have successfully made changes to your nutrition and lifestyle, and have an understanding of the root causes of your health and wellbeing.
Health is so much more than physical symptoms. As a team, we are here to support you on your journey and uncover insights to help you transform and live the life you want.
The programme includes:
Month 1: 1x Functional Medicine Doctor - Initial Functional Psychiatry consultation 2x Functional Medicine Doctor - Follow-up Doctor consultation (60) 1x Functional Medicine Nutrition - Initial Nutrition consultation 1x Coaching Support Call with Doctor or Nutritional Therapist |
